Client: Private Healthcare Provider, Glasgow

A rolling scheme to refurbish all the 90 bedrooms and ensuites in the 4 wards in this 30-year-old hospital that was in need of modernisation.

With the hospital remaining operational 24/4 the project team worked closely with the hospital operations team and contractor to endure the works could safely take place in 8 phases. Further coordination saw the scheme taking place at the same time as the external facade replacement scheme so that the hospital operations were disrupted only once delivering efficiencies in the timescales and costs for the client.

Currently Phase 5 is on site, with the last phase due to complete March 2024.
