We were brought on board to design and deliver this scheme by the contractor who won this D&B project.

The first step was to validate the Employer’s Requirements with the brief and the design. It was an important step to ensure the hospital and the clinical team’s aspirations were delivered at the end of the project. Drawing from the team’s extensive experience and upon understanding the requirements, an alternative proposal was put forward with evidence that would improve the clinical flows for patients and staff and utilise the limited space available efficiently.

The result was a clinical team delighted with their new facility at handover commenting on the positive experience of our approach to listening, understanding their brief and delivering their requirements and aspirations.
